Monkeys Navigate a wheelchair with their thoughts

 

 

In this article it shows how at Duke university scientists have been making progress in Brain interface technology. A team of scientist lead by professor named  Miguel Nicolelis. In this article it shows how his team made a breakthrough with the brain interface. It says how they connected the brain interface to the monkey and was able to control the wheel chair with his or hers thoughts.

 

 

I personally don't believe that monkeys are getting smarter than humans because we are just evolved versions of the monkeys.       

 



cybernetic third arm for drummers.

In this article published by Evan Ackerman posted February 18 2016. This article starts of stating that a professor at Georgia Tech had designed and created a robotic arm for a former drummer who had his arm amputated. Later it would be used as a third arm while drumming to project more sound, The article states how the robotic arm works by watching the human drummer. Robot will track a wrist band that the human drummer will ware while performing the task. The author of this article dose not have much faith in this arm considering that its main use is for drumming. If you ask me there always at least two ways to use or do something.
